No responsibility will be attached to ImExWare, Inc. for incorrect measurements, calculations, discrepancies, errors or omissions in the quantities of the product(s) ordered on this order form.

ImExWare, Inc. takes every care to ensure that the product(s) supplied correspond with the specification, description or samples supplied (if any). However the Buyer agrees that it is not expected that the product(s) will be identical to the description and/or sample because stone is unique in character and variation must be expected. For this reason all product sizes and thickness can be approximate only and all products will vary in color, tone and markings from those shown in the brochure or from samples supplied. (variance may be 60%).  In particular the Buyer’s attention is drawn to the fact that the printing and photography in the Company's brochure cannot reproduce the actual colors. ImExWare, Inc. does not give any guarantee that the product(s) will be suitable for use under any specific conditions or for any particular purpose unless a Director of the Company has given that guarantee in writing.

Pre-approved authorization is required for all products.  Please verify with our office that the product(s) is in stock.  Allow 1-2 months for delivery of product(s) not in stock and 2-3 months for custom orders.

Can I get a sample before I place my order?

Sample Box sets include 18 samples, showing all our colors and finishes. Box sets with 4" x 4" samples require a $30.00 deposit per complete set plus shipping and handling.  If sample Boxes are returned within two weeks, the deposit will be refunded.   When you place a full order, we will deduct all sample expenses from your order.

ImExWare, Inc., ships products to a Buyer via Common Carrier, etc., and our Policy is as follows:

Delivery to initial carrier shall constitute delivery to the Buyer. ImExWare, Inc., responsibility ceases upon delivery in good order to the carrier and all goods are shipped at Buyer's risk.

Returns policy?

Because it is a natural product, it is termed an "exceptional product" in the industry. As such, it must be handled by a professional stone merchant, and/or professional stone setter, and/or professional stone fabricator. ImExWare, Inc., is not liable for product that has been mishandled by sub merchants and/or end users, or used in a manner inconsistent with the individual material's specifications.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the original billing/shipping date.

A copy of the original proof of purchase must accompany the return.

There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns - no exceptions.

Returns accepted only in original, undamaged container/pallets of current line products.

All returns must arrive to ImExWare, Inc., Henderson Warehouse with freight prepaid. Collect shipments will be refused.

There is no refund or return on custom orders.
